STRATFORD'S RICH HERITAGE

We are very fortunate to be situated in the beautiful market town of Stratford upon Avon. Stratford is a town of hue literary, historical and cultural significance. Here at Bishopton we are proud of Stratford's heritage and staff endeavour to make full use of all the wonderful opportunities provided by our surrounding area. 

We have very strong connections with the RSC; our Key Stage 2 drama club visit to watch productions which inspire their own performances. In the summer of 2019, the KS2 drama club performed on the RSC stage as part of a cluster project involving local schools - wow, what an experience that was! Actors from the RSC have also visited school to deliver workshops. 

Through a variety of activities, experiences, visitors and visits, children leave Bishopton with a significant understanding and appreciation of Stratford's rich heritage.
