Curriculum
CURRICULUM
At Bishopton, pupils are taught key knowledge within subjects (or topics) and our focus is on helping them to know more and remember more.
In order to achieve this goal, our curriculum coverage is arranged into a two-year rolling programme.
This means that a child will never repeat the same work from one year to the next, particularly where we have mixed-age classes (eg, Year 1,2).
The long-term plans below relate to Year 'A' and Year 'B' of the two-year programme. This is the curriculum that children at Bishopton will be covering each year.
