Year 5

Welcome to Year 5!

We would like to welcome you to Year 5.  We are thrilled to be teaching some new exciting topics, alongside high quality and inspiring texts to capture and engage your imagination. 

This year there will be again two Year 5 classes, who will work in parallel, to deliver the highest quality teaching, educational and enrichment opportunities.

5SB will be taught by Miss Stepien  (Mon &Tues) and Mrs Bridges (Weds, Thurs & Fri) support by Mrs Elsworth and Mrs Mee. 

5C will be taught by Mrs Cloke supported by Amy. 

For Spring our topics are:

-Grow, Sow, Farm (Sunflowers!)

WHAT DO I NEED TO REMEMBER?

Monday -  Spelling test and new list given

Tuesday - Outdoor P.E

Wednesday -

Thursday - Maths homework due in. Indoor P.E

Friday -  Maths homework books sent home with new homework.

We try to change books everyday so please ensure your child brings their diary and school reading book in with them each morning.
