Blended Learning

Welcome to our Year 6 Class home learning page.

Dear Parent / Carer,

If you are reading this, we assume that either you or a member of your family is self-isolating, shielding or has tested positive or is awaiting COVID-19 test results. We hope that you are all managing and are not finding everything too challenging? The wellbeing of the Bishopton community is, as always, our first priority.

Once we have been informed your child has Covid, you will be contacted by email and any work will be sent out.  Your child will be assigned their Power Maths workbook and textbook so they can continue to learn and this is accessed through their ‘Bug Club’ log in.

Please, if your child is unwell, we do not expect work to be completed, their well-being is our priority.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us via the year group email account as follows: - Mrs Graver - Mrs Bridges & Mrs Charman

Other ways to support your child whilst isolating

We hope all children could read for a minimum of 20 minutes each day, using Bug Club and to practise their handwriting, and spellings.

Your child can use Times Table Rock Star to improve their table knowledge.

Should you have any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting us on our class emails.

Stay safe.

Kind regards,

The Year 6 Team smiley
