Each class in Bishopton Primary School takes part in a computing lesson every week. Lessons revolve around a range of topics and skills, from word processing and video production to networking and coding.
Children have access to the latest technologies throughout the school. They are able to use iPads and Kindles to access information and create projects in class whilst our computing suite can be used to learn about more complex subjects such as how the internet works (and playing Minecraft)!
Bishopton subscribes to a number of online facilities to aid children's learning. All children have access to the Warwickshire Welearn365 portal where they can find games, educational tools (such as 2Simple) and send emails. In addition, we also subscribe to Discovery Education's award winning 'Espresso' coding suite. Why not try it for yourself? All children have been provided with a username and password to login both at school and home.
